Thanks to the good relations between the Hellenic Union in Romania, Ploiești County and the city of Aspropyrgos, Greece, the Hellenic Community of Ploiești launched the initiative to set up a Romanian Library in Aspropyrgos, Greece, a future center of Romanian culture and civilization.
Alumnus Club for UNESCO supports this initiative and donates 100 volumes of Romanian books, covering important themes such as art, history, music, culture, traditions, as well of UNESCO activities.
