Specific objectives of NCR UNESCO in the EDUCATION domain
- Promoting policies and instruments that will lead to an inclusive and quality education for all in the national education system;
- Implementing the Lifelong Learning System and the "LLL Strategy Memorandum", established at European level;
- Supporting sustainable development education, vocational and technical education and vocational training as a resource for adapting curricula to the labor market, reducing school drop-out and unemployment, reducing poverty, providing sustainable livelihoods, integrating social responsibility and mitigating the effects of climate change;
- Support the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational system;
- Developing and disseminating good practices and manuals for teacher training;
