Call for applications for the UNESCO European Youth Meeting, Ljubljana, 12-13 October

Between October 12-13, 2017, the National Commission of Slovenia for UNESCO and the UNESCO Youth Platform in Slovenia are organizing the UNESCO European Youth Meeting in Ljubljana.
Participants will be youngsters from 18 to 28 years of age in Europe, active leaders in the fields of activity and policies covered by UNESCO, good English speakers. At the meeting, young people will share their ideas and expertise and reflect on enhanced regional cooperation among UNESCO young people in Europe.
The results of the talks will be disseminated and used at the UNESCO Youth Forum to be held in Paris in October in the preamble of the UNESCO General Conference.
Romanian young people interested in this opportunity, who meet the conditions mentioned above, are invited to send a resume and a letter of motivation in English to unesco@cnr-unesco.ro by August 27th. The CV or the motivation letter should detail the experience of the candidate who falls within the UNESCO spheres of action, as well as the UNESCO fields of interest. The National Commission of Romania for UNESCO will select a person to nominate for attendance at the Meeting.
Accommodation and meals are covered by the organizers, the cost of transport is borne by the participants.
