Mrs. Madlen Șerban, Secretary-General of NCR UNESCO, had today, April 22, the great pleasure to meet His Excellency Mr. Sergey Minasyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia in Romania, at the headquarters of the Commission. The perspectives of cooperation, within the limits of the attributions of the National Commissions for UNESCO of the 2 countries, constituted the theme of the meeting.
