The educational project ”The musical journey of Mr. Goe”

The educational project ”The musical journey of Mr. Goe”, organized by Alumnus Club for UNESCO, was dedicated to students from secondary schools and was organized in Târgoviște, Pitești, Alexandria and Călărași.
More than 600 secondary school children from the "Bălașa Doamna" High School of Arts in Târgoviște, "Tudor Arghezi" General School in Pitești, Gymnasium School No. 5 from Alexandria and the General School no. 11 "Tudor Vladimirescu" from Călărași had the opportunity to discover Caragiale's works in a unique way, through a musical show that combines theater with classical music.
The project has been specially designed to complement the school curriculum and is aimed at students from economically, socially or culturally disadvantaged areas. The project is itinerant and takes place every time in the school premises, access is free.
Directed by Iulian Sandu, the show played excerpts from the works
Visit, Mr. Goe, Two Lots, Bubico and
New School Pedagogue, presented on the music of composer Sorin Oancea. The artists Gianina Sion, Mihai Păun, Luminița Vologa, Isabela Oancea and Iulian Sandu interacted constantly with the small spectators, presented them with information on the life and works of Ion Luca Caragiale and involved the children in various interactive games.
