In the midst of the global pandemic crisis that hit the world and affected all of us regardless of age, occupation, gender, religion, it is an urgency to ensure solidarity and to highlight that life is an intelligent cooperation between all its forms: animals, plants, phenomena, humans, and to secure the true unity which means embracing diversity.
Thus, this aspect emboldens us to organize this year a new edition of the reference Calligraphy project, having the great support of professional calligraphers worldwide, and to promote together the fine art of Calligraphy as an international cultural bridge for Cooperation, Solidarity and Unity, helping to develop and maintain feelings of mutual understanding and embracing diversity.
All amazing international calligraphic works will be gathered by the end of the project (October - December 2020) in an online brochure - United by Calligraphy - and, if the global context of the pandemic will permit, an on-site itinerant exhibition in different countries of the world will take place.
International professional artists in calligraphy who would like to join the project and to represent their countries, are welcomed to message the organizer, Association ”Free for Education, Culture and Sports”, by Facebook or email.
